The 1991 Archway Cookies Owner's Meeting was held at the Hyatt Regency Dorado Beach resort on the northern shore of Puerto Rico, one of the original Laurance Rockefeller 'Rock-Resorts'. Tam was four months pregnant with daughter Laura at the time. We took a day-long jaunt across the island to southern-coastal city of Ponce.
After the meeting, the family flew to the U.S. Virgin Islands, where we stayed at the Sapphire Beach Resort on St. Thomas. For several days, we explored the island, shopped, and played golf at the notorious Mahogany Run Golf Course.
